سياسة الخصوصية
MatchUp تطبيق ينظّم مباريات كرة القدم الأسبوعية لمجموعات اللاعبين: الحجز، الدفع، قوائم الانتظار، توزيع الفرق، النتائج والإحصائيات. هذه السياسة توضح ما البيانات التي نجمعها، ولماذا، ومن يراها، وكيف نحميها، وما خياراتك. نكتبها بلغة بسيطة، ونجمع فقط ما يلزم لعمل التطبيق.
1. الجهة المسؤولة والتواصل
التطبيق والموقع matchup.one يديرهما فريق MatchUp. لأي سؤال أو طلب يخص بياناتك: info@matchup.one.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها

| رسائل التحويل البنكي | إن ربط مشرف مجموعتك رسائل بنكه بالتطبيق، يُرسل إلى خوادمنا نص رسالة التحويل (المبلغ والاسم الظاهر في الرسالة وآخر أرقام الحساب والوقت) لمطابقتها مع اللاعبين. يراها المشرف فقط. |
| الموقع الجغرافي | فقط عند ضغطك «وصلت الملعب» وبعد موافقتك: نتحقق أنك قرب الملعب ونحفظ إحداثيات التسجيل مع وقت الوصول. لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية. |

| محادثة المجموعة | نصوص الرسائل التي تكتبها في محادثة مجموعتك مع اسمك وصورتك ووقت الإرسال. يراها أعضاء المجموعة والمشرف فقط، ويستطيع المشرف حذف أي رسالة أو كتم عضو. لا نسجّل نص الرسائل في سجلات الخادم، ولا نضعه في أي إشعار. |
| الفريق المفضل (اختياري) | اسم الفريق الذي تختاره، ويظهر لأعضاء مجموعتك بجانب اسمك. يمكنك تغييره أو إزالته في أي وقت. |

| بيانات تقنية | عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز/المتصفح وسجل الجلسات، لحماية الحساب ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. وسجل تدقيق لعمليات المشرفين الحساسة (اعتماد دفع، تعديل فرق...). |
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل التطبيق: الدخول، الحجز، قوائم الانتظار، الدفع، توزيع الفرق، النتائج، الإحصائيات.
- إرسال الرموز والإشعارات التي طلبتها (بريد أو فورية).
- حماية الخدمة: منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وتحديد معدل الطلبات.
- لا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية.
4. من يرى بياناتك
- أعضاء مجموعتك: اسمك وصورتك ومراكزك وفريقك المفضل وحالة حجزك وإحصائياتك وترتيبك الإيجابي، ورسائلك في محادثة المجموعة.
- مشرف المجموعة: بالإضافة لما سبق: رقمك مقنّعاً، وإيصالاتك، وتحويلاتك البنكية المطابقة، وملاحظاته الخاصة، وتقييماته لمهاراتك.
- مدير التطبيق: لإدارة المجموعات والصلاحيات وحل المشكلات.
- لا يرى أحد من قيّمك من الزملاء.
5. مزوّدو الخدمة الذين نستعين بهم
- DigitalOcean — استضافة الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات (مركز بيانات في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا).
- Resend — إرسال رسائل البريد (الرموز والإشعارات).
- GoDaddy — تسجيل النطاق وإدارة DNS وصندوق البريد.
- خدمات الإشعارات الفورية من Apple وGoogle وMozilla (عند تفعيلها).
- OpenStreetMap — صور الخريطة عندما يفتح المشرف «اختيار موقع الملعب» (تصل لهم بيانات اتصال المتصفح العادية كعنوان IP).
هؤلاء يعالجون البيانات لتقديم خدمتهم لنا فقط. قد تُنقل بياناتك خارج بلدك (ألمانيا مثلاً) وفق ذلك.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً أو لازماً لسجل مباريات المجموعة. تستطيع حذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف حسابي)، فيُحذف فوراً بريدك ورقم هاتفك واسمك وصورتك وبصمات الدخول والجلسات وإعدادات الإشعارات وإجاباتك في «بصمة اللاعب» وتُمسح رسائلك في المحادثة، وتظهر سجلات المجموعة باسم «لاعب سابق» دون ربط بك. كما تستطيع طلب حذف بياناتك أو تصحيحها بمراسلتنا على info@matchup.one من البريد المسجّل، وننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً. بعض السجلات (كسجل التدقيق ونتائج المباريات المعتمدة) قد تُحفظ بشكل مجهول الهوية للحفاظ على سلامة إحصائيات المجموعة، وقد تبقى نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة لفترة قصيرة قبل أن تُستبدل.
7. حماية البيانات
- الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) في كل الخدمات.
- رموز الدخول عشوائية، قصيرة الصلاحية (5 دقائق)، ومحدودة المحاولات، وتُخزَّن مجزّأة (hash).
- الجلسات تُجدَّد بتدوير الرموز مع كشف إعادة الاستخدام.
- الإيصالات خاصة ولا تُعرض إلا للمشرف.
- لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%؛ إن اكتشفنا اختراقاً يمس بياناتك سنبلغك.
8. حقوقك
لك أن تطلب: الاطلاع على بياناتك، تصحيحها، حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك على الإشعارات والموقع (من إعدادات التطبيق أو جهازك). نحترم الأنظمة المعمول بها ومنها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية. للتواصل: info@matchup.one.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إن علمتَ أن طفلاً سجّل فراسلنا لنحذف بياناته.
10. التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنعرض تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاها، وسنخطرك داخل التطبيق إن كان التغيير جوهرياً.
Privacy Policy
MatchUp organises weekly football games for player groups: booking, payment, waitlists, team balancing, results and stats. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who can see it, how we protect it, and your choices. We keep it plain and collect only what the app needs.
1. Who we are
The app and matchup.one are run by the MatchUp team. For any question or request about your data: info@matchup.one.
2. Data we collect

| Profile photo (optional) | Resized to 256×256 with all hidden metadata (EXIF), including GPS, removed. Shown to your group’s members. |
| Player info (optional) | Preferred foot and positions. Admins may add official positions, a description and skill ratings used for team balancing. |
| Peer ratings | One strength and one development area about another player. The rater’s identity is never shown to the player or anyone else. |
| Booking & payment | Your booking status, waitlist position and history. A transfer receipt you upload is a private image visible to admins only. |
| Bank transfer messages | If your group admin links their bank SMS to the app, the transfer message text (amount, displayed sender name, account suffix, time) is sent to our servers to match it to players. Visible to admins only. |
| Location | Only when you tap “I arrived” and after your permission: we check you are near the pitch and store the coordinates with your arrival time. We do not track you in the background. |
| Results & votes | Scores you submit, team-balance feedback, MVP votes, and your stats (games, wins, attendance). |
| Group chat | The text of messages you write in your group chat, with your name, photo and send time. Only your group’s members and admin can see them; admins can delete any message or mute a member. We never write message text to server logs or put it in any notification. |
| Favourite team (optional) | The team name you pick, shown to your group’s members next to your name. You can change or remove it at any time. |
| Passkeys | We store the public key only (Passkey/WebAuthn). Your fingerprint or face data stays on your device and is never sent to us. |
| Push notifications | If enabled, we store the browser subscription address provided by your device’s system (Apple/Google/Mozilla) to deliver alerts. |
| Technical data | IP address, device/browser type and session records to secure accounts and prevent abuse; plus an audit log of sensitive admin actions (payment approvals, team edits…). |
3. How we use your data
- To run the app: sign-in, booking, waitlists, payment, team balancing, results, stats.
- To send the codes and notifications you asked for (email or push).
- To protect the service: fraud and abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or share it with marketers.
4. Who can see your data
- Your group’s members: your name, photo, positions, favourite team, booking status, stats and positive rankings, and your messages in the group chat.
- Your group admin: the above plus your masked phone, receipts, matched bank transfers, private notes and skill ratings.
- The app owner: to manage groups and permissions and resolve issues.
- Nobody sees who rated you.
5. Service providers
- DigitalOcean — server and database hosting (data centre in Frankfurt, Germany).
- Resend — sending email (codes and notifications).
- GoDaddy — domain registration, DNS and mailbox.
- Push services from Apple, Google and Mozilla (when you enable them).
- OpenStreetMap — map tiles when an admin opens “pick the pitch location” (they receive the usual connection data such as your IP).
They process data only to provide their service to us. Your data may therefore be transferred outside your country (e.g. to Germany).
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active or needed for your group’s match history. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Account → Delete my account): your email, phone number, name, photo, passkeys, sessions, notification settings and your Player DNA answers are deleted at once, your chat messages are erased, and your group’s records show as “Former player” with no link to you. You can also ask us to delete or correct your data by emailing info@matchup.one from your registered address; we act within 30 days. Some records (e.g. audit logs and approved match results) may be kept in anonymised form to preserve your group’s statistics, and encrypted backups may persist briefly before being replaced.
7. Security
- All connections use HTTPS.
- Sign-in codes are random, short-lived (5 minutes), attempt-limited and stored hashed.
- Sessions rotate tokens with reuse detection.
- Receipts are private and shown only to admins.
- No system is 100% secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for notifications and location (in the app or your device settings). We follow applicable law, including Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. Contact: info@matchup.one.
9. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you learn a child has registered, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top, and we will notify you in the app of material changes.
